Q - What can I store?
A - You can store your caravan, motorhome, trailer or even a boat!
Q - What size caravan can I store?
A - We have outdoor spaces available for single and twin axle caravans and motorhomes, please give us a call for availability.
Q - How long can I store my caravan?
A - You can store your caravan / vehicle on a yearly basis with us. Storage is paid for in full up-front or by direct debit (with Go Cardless).
Q - What will I need when registering to store my caravan?
A - In order to store your caravan, we will need the following information:
> A form of identification (driving licence or passport)
> A copy of your current insurance policy
> A recent copy of a domestic bill such as utility bill showing your name
> A method of payment such as cash, credit/ debit card
> A registration document
Q - Can I pay by debit / credit card?
A - Yes, we accept card payments.
Q - Can I pay by Direct Debit?
A - Your first payment will have to be on card but your subsequent payment can be by direct debit. We use Go Cardless.
Q - Can I come and look at the storage site?
A - Yes, prospective customers are welcome to view the site by appointment. Please contact us to set up an appointment.
Q - Do you have any undercover storage for caravans and motorhomes?
A - Sorry, we cannot provide undercover storage for caravans and motorhomes, but we do have clean, secure storage outside.
Q - How secure is my Caravan or Vehicle?
A - We have a fenced / walled off compound, which is securely gated, and covered with 24hr CCTV.
Q - Do I keep the same plot?
A - Yes, you do.
